Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We don't ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

How our orders ship

Havenly is a small family shop. Our fulfillment partner ships products directly to you, mostly from overseas warehouses. That means delivery takes longer than at big-box stores, and we want to be upfront about it.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time after processing: typically 7–12 business days to most US addresses. During peak season (late November through December) and around holidays, carriers can add 3–5 business days.
Typical total time from order to delivery: about 8–15 business days, and longer at peak.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping: $8.00 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more (before taxes).

We don't offer an express option. Our stock ships from overseas, so we can't reliably deliver faster than standard shipping.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show movement while your package moves between carriers.

Holiday shipping (Christmas 2026)

For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please order by Monday, November 30, 2026. This date is an estimate based on our typical processing and delivery times plus peak-season delays. Orders placed after that date are still welcome but may arrive after Christmas. We can't guarantee delivery dates, because carriers control final delivery.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at havenhomesreno@gmail.com and we'll make it right (see our Refund & Return Policy).

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to reship it. Additional shipping may apply.
