This website is operated by Michael Grigorashenko dba Havenly ("Havenly", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Accuracy of information. We try to keep product information accurate, but colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly from photos. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
4. Prices and availability. Prices and products can change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Products. Our products are general consumer goods such as toys and fidget items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Follow the age guidance and safety warnings on each product page. Some items contain small parts or magnets and are not suitable for children under 3. Magnetic items should be kept away from small children and used with adult supervision.
6. Orders and billing. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are part of these Terms.
8. Third-party links and tools. We aren't responsible for third-party websites, apps, or services linked from our site.

Havenly's total liability for any claim related to a purchase won't exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
